- Three bay leaves
Preparation
1. Combine the chicken pieces, water, bay leaves, and spices in a pan or wok.
2. Heat until boiling, then incorporate coconut milk.
3. Cook while stirring over low heat to prevent the coconut milk from curdling until the chicken is tender.
