PREPARE
- 1 package of PAZAR Beef Meatball Seasoning (60 g)
- 500 grams of beef bones
- 250 grams of beef organ meat
- 1500 ml of boiling water
- 250 grams of rice vermicelli, cooked for 1 minute
- beef meatballs (as required)
1. Place the beef bones and offal into boiling water. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, adding water to return to the initial level.
2. Incorporate the spices. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Place the rice vermicelli in a bowl. Add the broth and meatballs. Serve with PAZAR Fried Onions, sliced celery leaves, chili sauce, and sweet soy sauce to taste.
