PREPARE
- 1 pack PAZAR Tom Yum Soup Seasoning (100g)
- 1700 ml of water
- 300 grams of peeled shrimp with tails (thoroughly washed)
- 200 grams of straw mushrooms (halved)
- 6 red cayenne peppers
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 stalks of lemongrass (white portion, sliced diagonally)
- 3 cm galangal (finely sliced)
SUPPLEMENTARY RESOURCES
- 2 bunches of cilantro leaves (coriander)
Preparation
1. Boil the shrimp shells for 15 minutes on low heat.
2. Remove the shells of the shrimp from the broth.
3. Incorporate shrimp, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, and spices. Boil for two minutes, then add coriander leaves and promptly turn off the heat. (Coriander leaves will discolor if cooked for an extended period.)
