We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Admin to join our marketing team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who have a passion for digital marketing and social media. The right candidate will be responsible for managing all company social media activities, from content creation to performance monitoring, as well as assisting in online shop operational processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Education: Minimum High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from any major
• Experience: Fresh graduate or 0-1 year experience
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Creativity: Creative mindset and always up-to-date with current social media trends
• Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software)
• Digital Savvy: Understanding of various social media platforms and their characteristics
• Organization: Able to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Portfolio: Must include design portfolio or personal social media accounts
Main Responsibilities
• Social Media Management: Manage and operate company social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
• Content Creation: Design, create, and post engaging content that aligns with company brand identity
• Content Planning: Develop content calendar and consistent posting strategy
• Visual Design: Create graphic designs for posts, stories, and other promotional materials
• Engagement Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and interact with followers
• Online Shop Operations: Process orders and manage product shipping
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze online shop and social media performance using analytics tools
• Trend Research: Research current social media trends and implement them in content strategy
• Reporting: Create periodic reports on social media and online shop performance
• Collaboration: Work with other marketing team members for integrated campaigns
