Main Responsibilities
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade and HORECA clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Modern Trade and HORECA segments
• Product Promotion: Present and promote company products to existing and prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
• Coordination Activities: Collaborate closely with Modern Trade and HORECA outlets to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory within Jabodetabek area to maximize sales coverage and efficiency
