Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team, focusing on Modern Trade and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) channels. This role requires an experienced individual who can drive sales growth, build strong relationships with key accounts, and expand our market presence in the food industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with modern trade outlets and HORECA establishments across the Jabodetabek region.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA), Academy, or Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Transportation: Valid driver's license (SIM) and own vehicle
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade and HORECA sectors within the food industry
• Skills: Goal-oriented, excellent communication skills, and strong sales abilities
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Coordination: Experience in coordinating with Modern Trade and HORECA outlets
• Location: Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek area

Main Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade and HORECA clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Modern Trade and HORECA segments
• Product Promotion: Present and promote company products to existing and prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
• Coordination Activities: Collaborate closely with Modern Trade and HORECA outlets to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory within Jabodetabek area to maximize sales coverage and efficiency
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional networks within the food industry to expand business opportunities
