• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field and position, preferably in an FMCG company.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Production Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and BRCGS standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Placement in Curug, Tangerang Regency.
Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the production process runs smoothly
• Ensure the quality of the results is maintained
• Conduct improvements and troubleshooting in the production process.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality Control, to ensure a smooth production process.
• Analyze problems to generate solutions
• Ensure the team under his/her supervision works according to SOPs
